This includes 5 one-on-one or small group sessions scheduled with a coach. We will teach you the basics of CrossFit's foundational movements, emphasizing proper technique and safety, and you'll get to do a sweet workout at each session too!
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scaling options to get you moving safely. After the teaching portion, you'll get to do a CrossFit workout that allows you to practice what you learned.
Once you complete our Foundations Course you get to graduate and begin attending our scheduled CrossFit classes!
All of our CrossFit classes are coach-led and follow a program that covers a 60 minute duration. Your coach will guide you through a warm-up, movement instruction and demonstration, and workout while continuing to coach, correct, and celebrate the movements you perform.
