I have been coaching for nine years and can honestly say my passion for CrossFit and the people I train has only grown with each passing year. I played volleyball and did track growing up, and after a shoulder injury dashed my hopes of playing collegiate ball, CrossFit filled in the hole that could no longer be filled with volleyball. I have been a competitive athlete, a gym rat, a "once-a-month" gym member, and everything in between. Now, I seriously love what being healthy and fit does for me in my outside-the-gym life. I am creating a place where people can sweat the stress and problems of the day out, and leave feeling a little better -a little stronger- than they did when they showed up. I have learned so much in the last decade, and I believe Timber City will be an amazing platform to share that knowledge and passion with other like-minded humans!

I want to help improve the overall health and wellness of our community, and show my daughter that fitness can be fun! That it's important to take care of our bodies and that we can work towards optimal health together through CrossFit!
