How do I sign up for a free consult?

How long does it take to see results?
Results take time and happen differently for each person. The key is to create healthy habits, and by being consistent those results will definitely start to show!

Yes! We lead group classes and provide an aweseme environment to meet others.

How often do you recommend coming to workout classes?
Fitness routines are different for everyone and at Timber City, we like to help each individual figure out the best plan for them. We help you learn to listen to your body while pushing you to be better than the day before.
Do you provide free refreshments there?
We have filtered water available to our members. Other snacks and drinks are available for purchase.
Do I have to be fit to join?
No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?
Our class programming varies on a daily basis. On any given day there may be a combination of weight training, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning (cardio-we know you love it!) The daily WOD (workout of the day) can range anywhere from 5 to 45 minutes. Keeping our fitness constantly varied, allows our health to constantly shift and adapt, allowing our bodies to become more proficient at handling sickness or injury.
Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?
Absolutely not! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic to stick with it for the long term. Moderation is key, and we can help with that! The goal is to create healthy nutrition habits that last so you can look and feel your best...and still be okay with indulging in that ice cream cone or platter of Costco croissants ;)
