Choose Your Path: Hot, Cold, or Both

Infrared Sauna

Gentle, penetrating heat (147–150°) that works from the inside out. Ideal for relaxation, circulation, and deep tissue recovery.

Traditional Sauna

High heat (around 220°) with an immediate sweat response. Perfect for detoxification, respiratory health, and boosting heat tolerance.

Cold Plunge

A chilled plunge to decrease inflammation and improve stress resilience. Most members stay 1–3 minutes per dip.

When is the recovery lounge available?

  • Infrared sauna: ~147–150°F, uses infrared light to heat the body from the inside out.

  • Traditional sauna: ~220°F, much hotter, produces immediate sweating.

No. Many members choose just one sauna plus the plunge. Others complete a full hot–cold–hot–cold cycle depending on comfort and goals. There’s no wrong way to do it.
Fire & Ice can be added to any CrossFit membership as a frequency-based add-on (2x/week, 3x/week, or unlimited). It’s also available as a standalone membership.
Yes. Every Foundations tier includes at least one Fire & Ice trial session; higher tiers include more sessions.
Yes. Some members use Fire & Ice only—no CrossFit membership required.
