Frequently Asked Questions

How many personal training sessions are included?

Foundations always includes a minimum of four personal training sessions. Some people may need six or eight sessions depending on their experience and comfort level.

Each personal training session is about 60 minutes, structured just like a regular CrossFit class with a whiteboard brief, skill focus, and a workout.

Yes! Two people can complete Foundations together as long as you can commit to the same session days and times. We even offer a “buy one, get one half off” style deal for pairs who schedule together.
Once your sessions and trial class weeks are complete, you’ll choose an ongoing membership based on how many days per week you want to train—2x/week, 3x/week, or unlimited.

Yes. Every Foundations tier includes at least one Fire & Ice contrast therapy session so you can experience the recovery side of the gym. Higher tiers include more sessions.
